My Second 5K

I ran my second 5K yesterday. My time was 38 Minutes and 23 Seconds. Although the time still isn’t that good, I have shaved 3 minutes off the time from my first. This was the Camellia Crossing 5K. The route was straight down Camellia to a turn around point. The local fire department was there and draped a large American flag over the road right before the bridge. This event seemed more festive than the Casa Ole 5K event, and it even came with a glow-in-the-dark shirt for participation.
